Evan Goldberg is a respected and successful personal injury trial attorney in New York and past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He lectures to other attorneys, has authored numerous legal publications, and has given his expert legal commentary on network television and radio.

Evan Goldberg was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended the State University in Albany, New York and received his Doctorate in Law from Brooklyn Law School. As a third-generation attorney, his grandfather having been a lawyer and his father a Supreme Court Justice, Mr. Goldberg has continued his family’s tradition of service during his exclusive representation of negligence victims over the past 30 years.
