I would say that there are more accidents on non-union type jobs. Certainly.  The big contractors have safety programs. They have, construction, they have site safety supervisors whose job it is, specifically, to walk the job, look for safety violations. That’s what they’re doing. But on other jobs where they don’t have those programs, where they don’t have a safety manual at the toolbox meetings, and I get this through litigation when I’m doing a deposition and I ask for all the documents in support of a job, and you get the minutes of a morning toolbox meeting, what’s going to be done for the day. Safety is not even at the bottom of the agenda. It’s not on the agenda.
